About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Stay in constant touch with consumers and potential consumers with a focus to create sale by providing superior customer experience. 2. Conduct group and individual product demos to customers virtually and offline. 3. Make out bound calls to existing customers to qualify leads and upsell products or services. 4. Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed. 5. Customer champion, have a customer first attitude and resolve problems/issues faced by customers abiding to service level agreements & ensuring daily average resolutions times go down. 6. Analyse support and service level data and bring out patterns to identify major issues/problems faced by customers. 7. Be ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and enthusiastically take on new and exciting projects.
