About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Provide excellent customer service, solving queries, issues, and complaints related to products, order status, inventory, billing, through web-chat, emails, WhatsApp & calls 2. Respond to generated tickets of customer issues received during non-working hours in a professional manner 3. Document customer transactions accurately in the CRM system 4. Coordinate with co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate 5. Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management 6. Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services Preferred candidates: 1. Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills 2. Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, & team player 3. Freshers can also apply 4.
