About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing customer queries and providing excellent support through phone, email, and chat.
2. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Customer-centric mindset.
