About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat and guide potential users through the sign-up process, resolving any issues they encounter. 2. Manage dealer requests, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to meet customer needs. 3. Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. 4. Collaborate with the team to identify and address common customer concerns, suggesting improvements where needed. 5. Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of customer service processes and enhance overall user satisfaction. 6. Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects related to customer service operations, supporting the team as required.
