About the internship The Purple Sunset is seeking a Customer Service/Customer Support intern who is proficient in spoken and written English, MS-Excel, and Hindi. Efficient and Quick Responder: Manage Instagram replies, DMs, and comments promptly to ensure excellent customer engagement. 2. Business-Savvy: Understand the workings of the business to provide accurate information and close orders effectively. 3. Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills: Be confident in talking to potential clients and persuading them to convert inquiries into orders. 4. Strategic Contributor: Help develop and implement customer service strategies to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
