About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Understand company platforms and features in-depth 2. Provide technical and functional support to customers using our platform 3. Solve various queries/issues of the customers (international and domestic clients) 4. Arrange technical training for customers 5. Communicate and train clients about using the software with proper prerequisites 6. Work on data entry for uploading data from the assessment platform 7. Identify enhancement or functional improvement in the platform 8. Test new features and the platform for quality assurance 9. Interact with the client over email, live chat, or phone for query resolution Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 8th Nov'24 and 13th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
