About the internship Promom, a fast-growing D2C brand specializing in maternity and baby care products, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Customer Support Intern to join our team! If you're proficient in spoken English, MS-Excel, and MS-Office, this is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the baby care e-commerce industry. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Outbound calls to customers to collect feedback and provide product assistance. 2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 3. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and other general support needs. 4. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer service. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. 7. Identify and escalate any customer issues or feedback to relevant departments. 8. Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and retention efforts with proactive communication and problem-solving. Desired Skills and Experience: 1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel 2. Strong spoken English skills 3.
