About the internship Role & Responsibilities: -Assist platform users by addressing their queries and concerns via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience for authors -Proactively upsell premium packages and add-on services, increasing awareness of the platform's offerings -Educate users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options -Gather insights from users on their experience, identifying what works well and areas needing improvement -Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.
