About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally and courteously. 2. Provide timely and effective support to customers by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries promptly. 3. Create and manage support tickets using the internal ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Communicate effectively with customers to provide status updates, gather additional information, and ensure a positive support experience.
