About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Customer Experience Management: 1. Collect daily feedback from patients undergoing surgeries. 2. Prepare detailed reports on patient experiences and suggest actionable improvements. b. Field Operations: 1. Visit optical shops to generate leads and build partnerships. 2. Engage in both "hunting" (new leads) and "farming" (nurturing existing partnerships). c. Patient Counselling: 1. Guide patients regarding the most appropriate surgical procedures based on their needs. 2. Build trust and ensure clear communication with patients.
