About the internship Forge Alumnus is seeking a product support associate, In this role, you will be the go-to person for addressing product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing prompt and efficient support to our users. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving product-related concerns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to enhance product quality. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing support with Forge Alumnus products and services. 2. Assist users with onboarding, providing guidance on how to best use the platform to achieve their goals. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying the root causes and providing timely resolutions. 4. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure follow-up until resolution. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and provide feedback for product development. 6. Maintain a detailed knowledge of product features and stay updated with new releases. 7. Track and document customer inquiries and technical issues to provide insights for future improvements.
