About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle customer queries and provide chat, voice, and email support. 2. Conduct surveys with customers to understand usage and overall experience, collecting prompt and accurate feedback. 3. Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution. 4. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. 5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. 6. Exceptional comprehension skills with the ability to clearly understand and address customer needs. 7. Self-driven, motivated, and task-oriented individual who can learn quickly and operate with minimal support from the Manager and Lead.
