About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Resolving queries and issues of clients over calls/messages/mails. M/s Align Info Solutions (AlignBooks), Delhi, is an associate company of M/s Escape Systems Private Limited (Escape). Escape' was established about 18 years ago by Mr. Anand Jajodia, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee. The company has been providing customized ERP solutions for some key business segments in the India & ME regions. The solution has been well accepted by the target group. Buoyed by the success of their ERP, Mr. Anand, along with other co-founders of professional eminence, introduced AlignBooks', a new-age cloud-based accounting solution for small businesses, about 2 years ago. This product has also been well received. To its credit, the company has provided the solution to about 700 retail outlets of Xiaomi in northern India, as well as to a diverse group of SMEs countrywide.
