Work full-time, on-site position as a customer service executive at creative needs advertising LLP in Hyderabad. 2. Be responsible for managing customer support operations. 3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Experience in customer support and managing customer service operations. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well both independently and within a team. 5. Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles is an added advantage. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
