Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
4. Calling customers and convincing them to pay overdue amount
Note: Minimum calls to be made is 200 calls everyday.
