Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend to customer queries via mail, call or WhatsApp log for all incoming customer issues
2. Ensure that customer complaints are logged and customers are informed about the ticket ID for their complaints
3. Timely update the status of customer complaints as and when the issue is resolved and update customers on the same
4. Follow up with customers/aftersales executives on the dispatch and collection of spare parts
5. Arrange logistics for spare parts dispatch from Neomotion warehouse to customer/service locations
6. Update the data regarding customer issues without any delays
7. Liaise with the after-sales team to get a standard solution to the problem and update the customer with the same
8. Travel to customer locations within your region and provide doorstep repair solutions
9. Coordinate the media circulation for service camps
10. Daily issue closure and reporting to management on daily
