About the internship We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service/Customer Support intern to join our team at Big Indian Story! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and learn about the e-commerce industry in India. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and orders in a timely and professional manner 3. Troubleshoot order related queries and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures 7. Utilize MS-Office to create reports and analyze customer data If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual who loves customer interaction, has great people skills and problem solving abilities, with English proficiency (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS-Office, then we want to hear from you!
