About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assisting customers in navigating the platform and troubleshooting technical issues 3. Working closely with the customer service team to escalate and resolve complex problems 4. Collecting feedback from customers to help improve products and services 5. Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed 6. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries 7.
