Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
4. Call customers and convince them to pay overdue amount
5. min calls to be made is 200 calls everyday
