About the internship Key Responsibilities: a. Handling Inquiries and Issue Resolution: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about parts, pricing, and company policies. 3. Maintain a customer-first attitude to build trust and satisfaction throughout interactions. b. Order Updates: 1. Keep customers informed about their order status, including any delays or changes. 2. Communicate updates proactively to prevent misunderstandings and manage expectations effectively. c. Supporting the Sales Team: 1. Act as a bridge between the customer and sales team, ensuring smooth email communication and helping drive sales processes. d. Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities: 1. Identify potential opportunities for cross-selling and upselling with customers to maximize sales potential and meet business targets. e. Documentation and Reporting: 1. Enter vendor quotes, customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders into the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation for smooth operations and reporting. 2. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including queries, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups. f. Escalate complex issues to senior management or relevant departments when necessary to provide comprehensive support. Qualifications: 1. Degree in aviation, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 2. Proactive at work. 3. Strong communication and customer service skills. 4. Proficiency in using the full MS Office Suite.
