About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Proactively communicating with customers to update them on shipment status and delivery schedules 2. Assisting customers in resolving any concerns or questions related to their orders 3. Verifying orders pending design confirmation to ensure accuracy and timely processing 4. Collaborating with relevant teams to expedite the order confirmation process 5. Identifying and addressing issues related to undeliverable shipments 6. Coordinating with courier services to resolve delivery challenges and ensure successful order fulfillment 7. Collecting and compiling customer feedback on their experience with products and services 8. Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and sharing insights with relevant teams 9. Collaborating with product development and design teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements 10.
