About the internship As a 'Customer Acquisition intern' at Unimonks's Division, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with potential customers. Proficiency in MS Office will also be valuable in organizing and analyzing customer data. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target demographics. 2. Assist in creating and implementing customer acquisition strategies to increase brand awareness. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various platforms. 4. Reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls! 5. Track and analyze customer acquisition metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in managing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform customer acquisition strategies.
