About the job Job description Key Responsibilities: 1. Make in-person calls to consumers to verify and update their contact details, including addresses and other essential information. 2. Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with their concerns, ensuring a smooth experience. 3. Record and update customer information in our internal system accurately. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and politeness in every customer interaction. 5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and data accuracy. 6. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up where necessary to resolve issues. Requirements: 1. Female candidates only. 2. Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). 3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional tone. 4. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry are preferred. 6. Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or similar roles is an advantage but not required. 7.
