About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in the preparation of board meeting agendas and minutes. 2. Maintaining statutory registers and records. 3. Coordinating with stakeholders. 4. Manage compliance with corporate and SEBI laws and regulations. 5. Conduct research on corporate governance best practices. 6.
