About the internship We are looking for a dynamic CS Articleship intern who possesses excellent written and spoken English proficiency and a strong understanding of statutory compliances and skills. As part of our team at OfBusiness (OFB Tech Private Limited), you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with NBFC regulations and RBI circulars. 2. Monitor and report on the company's compliance with NBFC regulations and RBI circulars. 3. Maintain and update corporate records, including board meeting minutes, annual reports, and other regulatory filings. 4. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks. 5. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on NBFC regulations and RBI circulars. 6. Ensure the company's activities are consistent with applicable laws and regulations. 7. Stay current on regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
