About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Provide legal advice to the organization on business operations and strategies. 2. Draft and review contracts, policies, and other legal documents. 3. Oversee compliance with corporate governance standards. 4. Manage relationships with external law firms and regulatory bodies. 5. Handle intellectual property, labor laws, and litigation matters.
