About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Legal research: Proficiency in Indian statutes, case law (e.g., Supreme Court, High Courts), and relevant regulations (Indian Contract Act, Copyright Act, Family Law, Intellectual Property Laws). 2. Contract drafting: Knowledge of Indian contract law and ability to draft, review, and revise contracts in compliance with Indian legal standards. 3. Legal writing: Ability to write clear and precise legal documents (legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and other legal correspondence) as per Indian legal standards. 4. Online dispute resolution (ODR): Familiarity with Indian ODR platforms (NITI Aayog's Model ODR Framework, Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996).
