About the internship Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Research industry-relevant topics to create engaging content for blogs, articles, social media posts, website copy, and other marketing materials. Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Content Management: Assist in managing content within content management systems (e.g., WordPress). SEO Optimization: Learn and implement basic SEO techniques to improve content discoverability and enhance search engine rankings. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and relevant topics to create locally relevant and engaging content. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and branding. Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in content writing and digital marketing to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. A strong interest in creative writing and storytelling. Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage. Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Keen eye for detail and the ability to conduct thorough research. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
