Content Researcher (Podcast)

About the internship We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Researcher (Podcast) with 2-4 years of experience in content research, to support our podcast production team. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Content Research & Development: 1. Conduct in-depth research on podcast topics, identifying trends, and ensuring relevance to target audiences. 2. Develop content outlines, scripts, and talking points for podcast episodes. 3. Gather accurate and up-to-date information from credible sources to enhance episode quality. Guest & Topic Coordination: 1. Identify potential guests, subject matter experts, and collaborators for podcast episodes. 2. Research guest backgrounds and prepare interview questions to facilitate engaging conversations. Collaboration with Podcast Team: 1. Work closely with producers, hosts, and editors to align content with the podcast's objectives. 2. Contribute creative ideas for episode themes, segments, and storytelling approaches. Trend Analysis & Audience Engagement: 1. Stay updated on podcast industry trends and audience preferences. 2. Analyze audience feedback and recommend improvements to content strategies. Documentation & Quality Assurance: 1. Maintain organized documentation of research, references, and content plans. 2. Ensure all content meets quality, ethical, and branding standards.
