About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. Proofreading and Editing: 1. Review and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style consistency. 2. Ensure articles meet the company's quality standards and client requirements. 3. Provide constructive feedback to content writers to enhance content quality. b. Content Structuring and Publishing: 1. Format and structure articles to ensure readability and adherence to WordPress publishing standards. 2. Add appropriate headings, subheadings, bullet points, and visuals (images, infographics, etc.) to enhance content presentation. 3. Insert meta descriptions, tags, and alt text for SEO optimization. d. WordPress Management: 1. Upload and schedule articles on WordPress websites. 2. Customize content layouts based on client-specific guidelines. 3. Manage categories, tags, and internal linking for organized content flow. e. Quality Assurance: 1. Cross-check facts, hyperlinks, and references for accuracy and relevance. 2. Ensure all published content aligns with the client's branding and tone. f. Collaboration and Reporting: 1. Coordinate with content writers, SEO teams, and clients to finalize articles. 2. Maintain a publishing schedule and report progress regularly to the project manager.
