Job description Job Details: • Designation: Content Operations Intern • Location: Bangalore (On-site) - No WFH! • Working Days: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) • Stipend: Up to 30000 INR/month • Duration: 2 months (with possibility of full-time conversion based on performance) Role Overview: As a Content Operations Intern, you will play a key role in managing the content creator lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to quality control and performance tracking. Responsibilities: • Assist in onboarding new content creators and ensuring a smooth start. • Monitor content quality and ensure alignment with platform guidelines. • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance creator engagement & performance. • Track and analyze content performance metrics to improve impact. • Manage content operations, scheduling, and platform updates. Requirements: • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Interest in content creation, social media, and digital platforms. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic understanding of content trends and engagement strategies.
