About the internship We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Intern to join our content team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for creating and formatting question papers for various subjects and academic levels. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for someone interested in education, content development, and data entry, with a focus on learning how assessments are crafted and organized. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and formatting of question papers based on provided guidelines and curriculum. Enter and organize questions, answers, and options into digital formats (e.g., Word, Excel, or proprietary content management systems). Ensure all content is accurately formatted, error-free, and adheres to company guidelines. Proofread question papers for clarity, correctness, and consistency in language. Collaborate with subject matter experts and the content team to refine and finalize question papers. Maintain organized digital files and track progress on question paper creation. Support in creating multiple-choice, short answer, and long answer questions based on specified criteria. Help in updating and categorizing question banks for future use. Perform any other data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support the content team. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in education, English, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or similar software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good written and verbal communication skills.
