About the internship As a Content & E-Commerce Management intern at Artinci Artisanal Foods Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our team to create engaging content and manage our e-commerce platform. Your English proficiency in both written and spoken communication will be essential in this role. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and curating content for our website and social media platforms to attract and engage customers 2. Manage product listings, descriptions, and images on our e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy and appeal 3. Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive online sales 5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any e-commerce related issues in a timely and professional manner 6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and e-commerce management 7. Assist in other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the company.
