About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organization 2. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update internal stakeholders on potential impacts 3. Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures 4. Contribute to the development of new compliance policies as needed 5. Support the implementation of compliance training programs for employees 6. Assist in creating and updating training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness 7. Participate in compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to established policies 8. Assist in preparing reports on compliance metrics for management review 9. Provide support during internal and external audits 10. Assist in preparing documentation and responding to audit requests 11. Maintain organized and up-to-date compliance records and documentation 12. Assist in creating and maintaining a centralized repository for compliance-related documents 13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance 14.
