About the job Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. The Senior Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, maintaining ongoing compliances, monitoring legal and regulatory requirements, advising on compliance matters, and conducting compliance reviews. The Senior Manager will work with clients to develop customized solutions and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these solutions. Qualifications & Skills • Candidate should be a Member of ICSI and Professional certifications such as LLB, and LLM are a plus • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements. • Experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies • Knowledge of paralegal, tax, corporate secretarial, and customs compliance • Proficiency in technology-related compliance areas • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in compliance, law, or related field • Will be able to attend AGMs and other Board meetings of Clients who will be representing us. • Liaise with external stakeholders such as regulators, lawyers and auditors • Strong leadership and management skills • May involve for travel internationally and have good communication skills for domestic and corporate international clientele. • Experience in the consulting industry is highly desirable • Member of ICSI and having experience min 0-2 years with Excellent verbal and written communication skills ((required for performing the job effectively) • Smart working skills with a good attitude and can be able to handle multiple tasks. • Able to work as a team during the due dates of ROC e-forms. • Problem-solving skills will be appreciated. • sound knowledge of Company Law • overall purpose /objective of the job
