About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in managing daily communication with users, ensuring they feel supported and heard 2. Collaborating on strategies to grow active users by encouraging and supporting community members, including matchmakers, content creators, and moderators 3. Helping create initiatives that support and upskill community members, ensuring their ongoing engagement with the app 4. Working closely with the product team to support new feature launches aimed at user engagement and retention 5. Contributing to building micro-influencers within the FRND community, focusing on matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows 6. Staying informed on social media trends and insights to help boost platform engagement 7.
