About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Proactively plan monthly community engagement activities and events in alignment with the community calendar 2. Regularly ensure timely updates of event plans and track progress against deadlines 3. Assist in budget planning, and vendor finalization, and arrange checklists for seamless event execution 4. Create and share posters, email content, WhatsApp announcements, and event reminders 5. Collaborate with the tech team to ensure all communication is sent on time 6. Collect photos and videos from events for social media and other content purposes 7. Organize and lead calls with city teams to discuss planning, execution, and feedback for events 8. Gather invoices from teams and prepare an accurate expense report for each event or activity 9. Coordinate with external vendors to finalize deals, track deliveries, and manage budgets effectively 10.
