About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Customer engagement: Engage with customers daily, answering inquiries and providing support while fostering a positive community atmosphere through content strategy. 2. Insights gathering: Gather and document customer feedback and insights, analyzing trends in interactions. 3. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports summarizing feedback and suggested improvements to the team. 4. Recruitment: Identify and engage potential ambassadors from the customer base, creating outreach materials to promote the program. 5. Relationship management: Serve as the primary contact for ambassadors, providing support and fostering community through ongoing engagement activities.
