Job Description

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Community engagement: Build trust and rapport with community members, promoting preventive healthcare and wellness practices. 2. Health screening: Conduct regular health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose monitoring) and assist in digital health assessments through video and audio-based tools. 3. Data collection and documentation: Accurately record health data using the Meri Sehat app, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for follow-up. 4. Patient education: Educate community members on managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, providing guidance on lifestyle modifications. 5. Care coordination: Facilitate teleconsultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring participants understand and adhere to their care plans. 6. Adherence tracking: Monitor treatment adherence and provide reminders for medications, appointments, and health screenings. 7. Community support and follow-up: Act as the point of contact for health-related questions and provide consistent follow-up support. Qualifications: 1. ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification. 2. Basic understanding of health and wellness practices. 3. Ability to work with mobile applications. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive.
