Good communication skills and a strong focus on customer service are important for this role. • Discover, evaluate, and onboard agencies that provide creators while managing payments and query resolution • As a part of managing daily communication - be the primary touchpoint for our users and creators • Improve Creator Engagement and Retention on the platform by implementing training and moderation strategies • Work with the Product and Moderation teams to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention and monetization • Identify, train and mentor micro-influencers within the ecosystem to enhance the quality of creators and drive monetization • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices. Utilize this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform Requirements • Relevant experience in operations, campaign, or community management • Strong understanding of culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Spoken English & Hindi/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada is mandatory.
