The Community and Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts, implementing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, creating engaging content for various platforms and handling the Shopify community. Qualifications • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills • Past experience with community dashboards • Strong Communication skills • Experience in Content Strategy and Writing • Understanding of conversational commerce and AI trends • Ability to adapt to changing user behaviors in the digital landscape • Knowledge of analytics tools and metrics for social media performance • Previous experience in social media management or marketing roles
