About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall business goals. Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic objectives into operational plans and actions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance evaluations to inform strategic decisions. 2. Cross-functional Collaboration:- Act as the liaison between different teams to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project delivery. 3. Partnership Management:- Identify, evaluate, and manage external partnerships that enhance business capabilities and market presence. Maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success. Collaborate with external partners to drive joint initiatives and growth opportunities. 4. Work on performance monitoring & reporting. 5. Change Management:- Lead organizational change initiatives related to strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and implement change management strategies to help teams adopt new processes, systems, or business models. Provide training and support to ensure successful transitions. 6. Work on innovation & continuous improvement.
