About the internship We are seeking a dynamic and driven business development cum customer success intern to join our organization. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in business development and customer success while working with our talented team. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Execute various sales strategies for enterprise software applications to drive revenue growth 2. Work on leads provided, proactively engaging with potential customers to identify their needs and present suitable solutions 3. Meet or exceed planned sales goals by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals 4. Contribute to lead generation efforts through research, market analysis, and proactive outreach 5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business 6. Collaborate with the sales head to develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our customer base 7. Identify innovative approaches to reach and engage new customers, leveraging digital platforms and networking opportunities 8.
