About the internship As a Client Servicing intern at TheRightDoctors, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients and assist in delivering top-notch service. Your strong proficiency in written and spoken English will be essential in effectively communicating with our clients and understanding their needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their inquiries and provide solutions. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 5. Help in organizing client events, webinars, and other promotional activities to strengthen client relationships. 6. Update client databases and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant and valuable insights.
