About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities includes 1. Engage and energize people: a. Lead a variety of activities that are both fun and interactive, keeping the energy high and encouraging guests to participate. b. Organize and facilitate games, team-building exercises, and ice-breakers that foster a sense of camaraderie and help guests connect with each other. c. Serve as the Host, ensuring they feel welcomed, included, and excited throughout the trip. 2. Elevate the travel experience: a. Be an experience ambassador, making every moment feel special from group introductions to daily events, helping people enjoy the full journey. b. Create and lead fun, surprise moments, spontaneous games, and quirky challenges that bring out the best in people. c. Foster a positive, upbeat atmosphere where everyone feels part of the adventure and is encouraged to embrace new experiences. 3. Act as the emcee: a. As the "face" of the trip, confidently and enthusiastically lead group sessions, excursions, and even meals. b. Make engaging and entertaining announcements, keeping the group informed and entertained with humor, excitement, and flair. c. Guide group discussions, share interesting facts, and inject personality into each interaction, whether a casual walk or a special event.
