About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses via phone, email, and chatbot 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 4th Oct'24 and 8th Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
