Client Servicing Intern

Job description As a Client Servicing Intern at The Wired Hub, you will work closely with the Account Manager to support the execution of strategic and creative efforts aligned with client marketing goals. You will assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with client executives, support the account team across various functions, and contribute to the development of strategies to ensure the success of client campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in building and maintaining positive agency-client relationships to support long-term partnerships. • Provide support in the development of strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals. • Help manage social media accounts, including content posting, responding to queries, monitoring ads, and preparing reports. • Support the implementation of project management processes to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. • Collaborate with content and creative teams to assist in campaign development and execution. • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients. • Track and monitor the performance of campaigns. • Contribute ideas for new business pitches and projects. Desired Skills & Experience: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate. • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and channels. • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data and research. • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Knowledge of how search engines like Google work is a plus. • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative. • Good organizational skills and a self-motivated attitude. • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • A degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
