Job description • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and feedback. • Oversee and coordinate the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. • Communicate client briefs effectively to internal teams (creative, strategy, and production) and ensure deliverables meet the brief. • Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction and trust • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients regularly.
