About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in drafting and filing documents as per the Companies Act 2013. 2. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for clients. 3. Maintain statutory registers, minutes of meetings, and other corporate records. 4. Assist with filing annual returns, financial statements, and other forms with ROC. 5. Support in drafting board resolutions, notices, and other secretarial documentation. 6. Stay updated with changes in company law and related regulations. 7. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely compliance. 8. Assist in filing income tax returns, GST returns, and TDS compliance for clients. 9. Handle routine accounting tasks, including preparation of ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
