About the internship About Your Role: BetterWay treats chronic lifestyle disorders using evidence-based Ayurved, enabled by technology. BetterWay has multi-specialty Ayurved day-care centers with expert Doctors and Paramedics. These centers are state of the art, with an OPD facility, Day Procedure rooms, and a Preparation room, along with general administrative facilities. All user journeys are built with a technology-first view to enable maximum connection with the patients and BetterWay caregivers. The Central Ops role is to make the background of these centers' operations function smoothly, allowing the caregivers and the patients to have a seamless, stress-free environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Medicines and other Clinical Supplies availability across all BetterWay Centers, fulfilled by Central warehouse of BetterWay. 2. Training & Development on key operational SOPs & Technology across processes for Clinical staff (e.g. how to manage inventory, how to accept payments, how to handle emergencies etc. 3. Facilities functioning including maintenance services like cash collections, laundry, security, electricity, power backup, water, housekeeping, and local liasoning for the centre 4. At home Delivery of Medicines on patient's orders and managing 3rd party logistics Key MIS Measurable and Result Areas: 1. Medicine, availability and fulfillment rate. 2. Operational Uptime and Downtime of the facilities 3. Expiry/Slow/Non-Moving report 4. Vendor management, Warehouse metrics, like lead time to Availability and delivery of medicine 5. Vendor management, Training quality parameters.
